Blair made us a small cutting cake for our wedding, and we were extremely happy with the results! It looked and tasted amazing, and we would gladly get a cake from her again! I recommend the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, as it was one of the best carrot cakes I've ever had! Thanks again, Blair!

Blair did an amazing job making my girlfriends birthday cake. I live out of state and she was very helpful going over options & delivery for the cake. She responded quickly to messages. The cake was beautiful! She truly is an artist. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cake for your special occasion!

I contacted several bakers to replicate my parents’ original wedding cake for their 50th anniversary, and Blair's Custom Cakes stood out from the start. Blair was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I sent her photos from 1975, and she recreated the cake perfectly—it looked amazing and tasted even better! She and her husband went above and beyond by delivering and setting up the cake before the party. I would recommend Blair to anyone looking for a custom cake with top-notch service. Wow, wow, wow! I asked for a custom cake for my mine and my son's birthday earlier this month, and Blair delivered! I had so many people extend compliments on the design of the combined cakes and the taste. Blair and I texted back and forth on design ideas the week prior to the party and she was very responsive, personable, and creative. My only complaint is that she didn't leave enough business cards for me to hand out to my guests! ;) Seriously, though, if you want a beautiful cake that tastes like it was baked from scratch, I highly recommend Blair as you baker/designer.
Beautiful work! Blair was amazing to work with and she created the most delicious and beautiful space-themed cake for my son’s 3rd birthday. It was difficult cutting into it because it looked so amazing! She delivered and set up the cake and cupcakes on time and everyone loved them! Thank you Blair! Blair made our absolutely gorgeous and delicious wedding cake --- so many guests told us later it was the best wedding cake they had ever tasted! One of the many things that makes working with Blair extra special is that instead of saving the top layer of the cake, Blair makes a free anniversary cake for all her wedding couples, which was such a sweet way to relive our special day one year later (the anniversary cake was just as delicious)! Working with Blair was such a fun, collaborative process sampling different cake, cream and filling flavor combos. I shared photos of my vision with Blair for how I wanted the cake to look and she absolutely nailed it. If you're getting married, I highly recommend Blair for your wedding cake!!!
